Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CleaningsOps account and the personal data tied to it. The CleaningsOps mobile app offers in-app deletion; this page also provides an email-based method for users who no longer have access to the app.

From the mobile app (recommended)

1. Open the CleaningsOps app on iOS or Android.
2. Go to Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
4. Your authenticated deletion request is recorded and a processing deadline is shown on screen.
5. You are signed out automatically.

The request is queued and processed within 30 days.

From this website (email request)

If you no longer have access to the mobile app, email us from the address on your account. To verify your identity we match the sender address against your account and, where needed, confirm with your company administrator before we delete.

Identity verification

In-app requests are made from your authenticated session, so your identity is confirmed by the app. Email requests must come from the email address on your account; if the sender address does not match, or where additional confirmation is needed, we contact your company administrator before processing the request.

Timeframe and confirmation

• Email requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of verification. In-app requests show the deadline on screen at the time of confirmation.
• We send a confirmation email to the account address once the deletion has been processed.

What gets deleted

• Your login (authentication user) and password credentials.
• Your profile: name, email, phone, role, contact info.
• Your staff record, if you are a cleaner.
• Your active session information.

What may be retained

Operational records that belong to your operating company or client company may need to be retained for legal, audit, and billing purposes. Where retained, your personal identifiers are removed or replaced (for example with "Deleted user") so the records remain usable without exposing your personal data.

• Cleaning jobs you created, were assigned to, or completed.
• Photos uploaded as evidence of cleaning state.
• Linen movements and issues you logged.
• Audit timestamps (for example created_at, approved_at).
