Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CleaningsOps account and the personal data tied to it directly inside the CleaningsOps mobile app. No email request is needed.

How to delete your account

1. Open the CleaningsOps app on iOS or Android.
2. Sign in with your account.
3. Go to Account → Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
5. Your request is recorded and the processing deadline is shown on screen. You are signed out automatically.

Because the request is made from your signed-in session, your identity is already verified by the app.

Timeframe

• Deletion is processed within 30 days of your confirmation.
• The deadline for your request is displayed in the app at the moment you confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your login and password credentials.
• Your profile: name, email, phone number, role, and contact details.
• Your staff record, if you are a cleaner or driver.
• Your push notification tokens and active session data.
• Your location records, where any were collected.

What may be retained

Operational records that belong to your operating company or client company may be retained for legal, audit, and billing purposes. Where they are retained, your personal identifiers are removed or replaced (for example with "Deleted user") so the records stay usable without exposing your personal data.

• Cleaning jobs you created, were assigned to, or completed.
• Job photos uploaded as Before, After, Keys and access cards, or Damage evidence.
• Linen records and issues you logged.
• Operational timestamps used for job history.
